On the "options" page in the admin, it asks this question, as well as "Format of your Submit Form".  I don't know what to put for either. Is this required? Is there a default format?

Please help. 

Also, there is nothing displayed for my directory, except "Powered by Wp-Directory-List"

I'm confused… several people have mentioned this and I have yet to find a solution.  I have added cateogories and links and made them all active… Please help!!  This is the perfect plugin I have been searching for… now I just need to get it to work on the front end!
