I don't see on your documentation page the %% code for the website address to put in the "Format of your Submit form" section. 

Thanks for an AWESOME plugin.  This sold a local business network directory site for me.  Do you have a way to donate to support your development?

Wow, I guess this plugin must be abandoned.  11 days since my question and no one wants to give me an answer OR tell me how to donate to support development.  What a shame.Cry
