If at all possible, might I suggest changing the submission form to this kind of layout (left justified):

Title:

[                                   ]

Web Address:

[                                   ]

Description:

[                                   ]

etc…

Seems like this would be the easiest change.

Yep.  Probably do something similiar to how the links page works.

It will be done sometime in the future.  Maybe soon.  Depends on how much time I have to do and test.
